- Successfully protected the interests of landowners in a dispute challenging a local authority’s decision approving the normative monetary valuation of a land plot, resulting in the restoration of the client’s violated rights and elimination of the adverse financial consequences arising from the unlawful decision.
- Provided comprehensive legal support in personal insolvency proceedings, including drafting procedural documents, representing clients in court, liaising with insolvency practitioners and creditors, and supporting the implementation of debt restructuring plans.
- Provided comprehensive legal support to healthcare institutions in matters related to medical practice licensing, including dental clinics, medical centres and private medical practices, covering obtaining licences, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, support during inspections, and advice on the application of current healthcare legislation.
