Key Achievements and Projects
- Over 90% success rate in court disputes;
- restored a company that had been liquidated together with its real estate assets, 10 years after its termination;
- saved a tenant client over UAH 10 million in a dispute with the landlord, with all five court proceedings resolved in the client’s favour (5–0);
- prevented the hostile takeover of an agricultural company with a land bank of over 5,000 hectares;
- successfully protected the interests of a construction contractor in a dispute with a customer who refused to pay for construction works worth over UAH 7 million;
- registered and structured over 300 business projects;
- drafted and supported the implementation of over 50 shareholders’ agreements and business partnership agreements;
- successfully protected the interests of an entrepreneur operating a confectionery manufacturing business in a dispute with a monopolistic electricity supplier;
- secured the dismantling of a built-in transformer substation in a newly constructed building and the implementation by the developer of measures to protect against noise and vibration;
- successfully provided end-to-end legal support for investment projects in real estate development, energy, agriculture, HoReCa, packaging film manufacturing, ventilation equipment manufacturing, and the establishment of a fish farming business;
- total value of client assets preserved: over UAH 100 million;
